        I had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Harvey at the Broadway drive location. He was very friendly, welcoming, professional and provided me with fast and satisfactory service. I rent through Enterprise regularly and I usually use the Hwy. 98 location, I did not have a pleasant experience at the Enterprise location on Hwy 98 by any employee including the manager but after speaking with Harvey about it, he made sure I left satisfied & gave me the upmost respect and valued customer service experience unlike the other location! He literally changed my perspective on renting through Enterprise again! Next time, I definitely want Harvey to assist me with all my car rental needs. Thanks again!
