Not to bad however there's a certain staff member that gives the impression that she hates the donors. Very unfriendly, a little hostile, and to be honest the experience would be much better if she wasn't there.

I tried to be a first-time donor in January 2023 in Mccomb Mississippi where I was denied and supposedly deferred so I just went back and was told that I still cannot donate even though my medical history has changed. They told me that I have a disease and I don't even have and I never did have! I stated to them back in January 2023 that I was told by a doctor one doctor in 2021 that I showed the beginning signs of fatty liver disease I didn't tell them that I have fatty liver disease because I do not have fatty liver disease. They recorded it in my chart that I have the disease and they permanently deferred me. This is ridiculous because since I saw that doctor and heard what he said about my liver I made changes in my life and my health style in order to reverse those symptoms and signs my liver is completely fine today thankfully. I can't even find a number to call corporate talk to them about this issue! What kind of business doesn't even have a corporate phone number or customer service line?! I was told to come in to speak to a manager regarding my permanent deferment which I will be doing soon. Some employees have attitudes that act like they are better than other people, rolling their eyes, and just being downright rude. Not a way to make donors feel welcome!!! Think I would rather drive an hour away to ADMA where everyone is super nice, very welcoming, extremely understanding, and most helpful.
