        Went for new patient appt and took wrong exit. I am new to Mississippi so I called them told them I would be at very most 10 minutes late more than likely less and was told not to come. Said I would have to reschedule. I had already drove 20 minutes to just turn around and go home was ridiculous. They lost 2 new patients that day.
