Nowhere in meridian has ever tried to charge me for not doing an alignment. Ever. This wants to charge 40 dollars to tell you they can't do it. Everywhere else checks it for free. Never ever going back.

We were traveling and had an issues with our front tires. We took it to the Goodyear in Meridian. Jason explained everything very well and they were able to get us in and out in 1 day so we could continue our travels. One of our front tires had a defenct they discovered. Their technicians seemed very professional and explained issues in terms we could understand. Their prices, labor charges, etc. were in line with what we had previously paid at other places. Overall very good service. The only issues were that the back tires had a similar defect that they did not discover which could have caused serious issues as we were driving 200 miles to get home. The other issues was the person checking us out and accepting our payment did not explain the guarantee very well and how it applies to Goodyear stores across the country. Overall they were professional, their work appear to be very good quality and the staff was friendly. My 2 concerns previously mentioned were the only downside.
