I simply cant speak highly enough about my experience with Nash Family Dentistry today. From checking-in, to the X-rays, to the actual cleaning, and the follow-up with Dr. Nash (The son) and more, I received the absolute best EVER teeth cleaning in life!!! Really it was!!! But let me start at the beginning. I was greeted warmly, treated with value, courtesy, dignity, and exemplary professionalism with the utmost efficiency by EVERY MEMBER of the staff. There were no cell phones (NONE) visible at anytime/anywhere during my entire visit. This, alone, translated to me the highest levels of commitment, best practices/standards of performance, quality, and expectations. The absence of cell phones validated me as a patient and customer. I didnt feel like I was intruding on people living out their personal interests and proclivities on the job, not to mention on someone elses time and dime. Without such distractions and the gross unprofessionalism which have become the Norm and the more acceptable ways/means of conducting business present-dayTodays experience with Nash Dentistry was a much needed breath of fresh airJust amazing!!! My 5-star treatment today, further, serves as confirmation to me that excellence, yet, exists in a fallen world that seems to thrive on, and reward mediocrity, selfishness, ignorance, unethical behavior. and poor character.
