Brennan at the front desk is very nice. I had brought my car in for an estimate for hail damage. and decided to get a second opinion aside from dent devil. When you mention getting a second opinion They slap you with a $500 estimation fee or they do not give you your keys back. I was told to leave my car there as they wanted to bring in a third party to quote the car. Also, I have received no money thus far. I want a second quote before I proceed any further with my repair. It is an industry standard and common practice to get another quote. Many shops offer this service for free. I really think there estimate was good and I most likely would have come back after getting another quote. A $500 estimation fee is vindictive and puts the Customer in a tough spot. It is bad enough when your car gets damaged; dealing with shops that use fees to manipulate your decisions makes it even worse. Side note: there is a gentleman named terry that works there. Do not get on his bad side. He is very mean & disrespectful. That was the first time I have been spoken to like that in a business setting.

Just stopped in Dent Devil after accidentally knocking part of my side mirror off on a concrete pole. Couldnt have been nicer, attentive and thoughtful of my exact needs. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!!

Jul 2023, St. Louis experienced greater than golf size hail. My car was caught up in the hail storm and I thought that I could live with the hail damage but looking at it everyday was not an enjoyable sight and I knew something had to be done. My youngest daughter previously used Dent Devil for her repairs and I was very amazed at the outcome of her car - so.Dent Devil it was. I met Dan again (extremely nice and friendly) - and explained to him that I needed to repair done - not quickly BUT correctly. He informed me the time needed to make the repairs. I picked up the car 10/20 and when I tell you my mouth dropped with such AMAZEMENT - my BABY looked BRAND SPANKING new and GREAT!!!!! I highly recommend Dent Devil in so many ways, the service, quality, professionalism, communication of car status while being repaired - TRULY theeeee BEST. GET the BEST done by the BEST - DENT DEVIL

Dan is so easy to work with and does amazing work! I got stuck in a huge hailstorm and my car looked a golf ball. When I got it back, it was absolutely perfect, couldn't tell anything had ever happened! I give them the highest recommendation.

My Toyota Camry had extensive hail damage. Dan worked with my insurance company and said it will all be covered. He told me there is nothing more that I need to do other than wait for his call for when my car is complete. I trusted in the process and everything turned out great. I will return in the future if I have any more damages.
