        I had Archway aerate, overseed, and fertilize last fall (2023). Now in February 2024 my lawn looks better than it ever has. The two gentlemen who treated my lawn were professional, friendly and answered several questions that I asked about how to maintain a good lawn. I was so impressed that I am using Archway to fertilize my lawn this year. Great job!!

        They managed to leave my back gate open and both my dogs ran off. Still havent found them. I do not recommend this company what so ever. If theyre not smart enough to shut a gate behind them theyre not smart enough to take care of grass. Service: Grass seeding

        Wow archway excellent excellent care My yard erration is perfect I hired them for the years above reproach they just went about their business didn't try bother me they were just so polite when I did talk to them and sometimes that's what need in lawn care is that kindness so archway's awesome

        I was given a quote. They came out last Tuesday to mow (never told when they were coming). I noticed they didnt mow the backyard. I reached out and was told they were going to come Wednesday to mow the backyard but they never came. When I reached out again they said they are coming today for the weekly mowing but I was expected to pay the full quote given for last week and this week even though they didnt do the work for the quote. I cancelled the service. I do not recommend using them. Edit to include a response to the owner below. I am not confused and provided the full story.i received an email that your crew was here for 21 mins on 4/2/24, that is a Tuesday, when the weekly mowing is supposed to be done. I was told you guys were coming back Wednesday to mow the backyard, which was not done. The grass is not growing fast, you did not perform the services that were agreed upon, but then wanted to charge for them. No need to respond with any more excuses.

      I’m sorry for causing any confusion. I want to provide the full story, you requested a quote, we provided said quote, you accepted the quote, you put a cc on file for payment, we arrived the next week(you signed up for weekly mowing, we don’t tell people we are coming every week prior to showing up, bc we are coming every week as the estimate document reads) you called and said the back wasn’t completed, we sent the crew back and our crew leader of 15yrs said yes it was cut. Not to mention our gps tracking had them at your house for 21mins. With our equipment on your lawn that is ample time for full service. The real complaint is likely the grass is growing too fast and the lawn wasn’t cut short enough which we would have gladly corrected moving forward but yes we do intend to get paid for services we do provide and paid two guys to come back the next day to confirm it was done. We have technology to provide us with the data showing they did provide the service. You not hearing them does not mean it didn’t happen. Again very sorry for any confusion and we wish you nothing but the best with your lawn moving forward.
