Independence Rent All

Both the gentlemen were friendly and helpful; they let me rent a humane trap to rescue a couple of young kittens, even though their computer was down and not taking credit cards for the deposit. Even offered to help me load it into my vehicle! Good customer service IS important.

I will never go back here. I rented a trencher and when I tried to use it the trencher wouldnt work. When I took it back they would not do anything to help me and charge me $200+ for rental on a machine that is very old and worn out. When I went back t talk to them about it they were renting it to someone else without fixing the machine. The owner told me that its too bad it didnt work but he still said I was being charge for it even though I had to rent one somewhere else to get the job done.

Easy to work with. Equipment was maintained well. Little hard to find for a first time customer but not impossible at all. Would be nice to have prices on the website but they are more than happy to give prices over the phone.
