My daughter joined 3 months ago and loves attend classes each week. The coaches are amazing with the kids and take them time to slow steps down to show them how to properly execute things.

This is my first time doing Jiu Jitsu and the coaches and the staff helped me get set up and helped me when I was struggling with some of the moves. I can't wait to come back and practice more.

I cannot say enough good things about the Instructors here and the students I roll with. They keep me motivated, they hold me accountable and I'm always met with a Fist bump and "Hey Brother, how ya doing today? Glad you're here!!" Professor Bruno, Coach Rob and Coach Oly, Coach "K", Coach Ritchie, Coach Jose and all the other Coaches and Asst Coaches are VERY personable and knowledgeable. They have become a dear family to me and in so many ways...my Therapists. Full disclosure, I have PTSD and undiagnosed ADHD. The Gracie BJJ Team in Jefferson City has become my positive outlet to deal with life when it hits me hard. I'm also a Paramedic that sees all kinds of stress, so being able come to multiple classes per week, see smiling happy faces there to HELP ME GROW through hard work, patience and consistency as a person and Jiu Jitsu practitioner is a blessing.
