I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kevin is rude and very negative. I over heard him telling my technician that my plumbing emergency (hot water heater stopped working late Thursday evening) was something I had known about for daysI couldnt get a plumber over before 3 on Friday. Just to clarify- I was attempting to purchase the part to fix my water heater from this company and my plumbing company had suggested I call and speak to you about this situation. So the part had to be ordered. I found out Monday that AO Smith would cover the part with my warranty, but Kevin informed me it was too much work for them to honor the warranty and their AO Smith representative said they didnt have to deal with the warranty. So Kevin lost a customer for the plumbing company I was going to use because I found someone who carried the part and would honor the warranty. Just bad business practice Kevin, it hurts you and your company plus those you supply parts to for their business. In reply to the the response from your company I attempted to purchase the part and my plumbing company had already ordered the part from you. But the rudeness from two of your employees directly to me on the phone is unacceptable. Why would I leave a bad review for Lowes? They have done nothing wrong and they are a home improvement store not a plumbing supply company that specializes in plumbing. Luckily there are other companies that are more willing to help a customer in a friendly and professional manner.

Best plumbing supply store in the area hands down. Kevin is great and will take care of you for all your needs. They usually have everything you need in stock. Great customer service.
