Highly recommend MSF for your mortgage needs!! When everyone else turned me away due to my credit score(had credit fraud in the past) they welcomed me with open arms. Fantastic team including Anthony Mesh, Matt Ayers, and Michele Daniels really put in a lot of work to help me get my dream home. They made the process really smooth and kept on top of things to make sure we met timelines. Thank you to Paul and his team at Mortgage Solutions Financial. My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and we were recommended to Paul by a friend. After talking with Paul, we got the impression he would go to work for us and ensure we got the best possible deal we could, and we were not disappointed. Paul explained the entire VA Home Loan process and he would patiently answer all our questions (even at odd hours in the evening), and we had a lot of questions. Absolutely terrible they don't care about time lines for a loan took well over 25 days to get to a close date that cost me 1k then very last min told me we are skeptical you still own a trailer we are denying your loan. Caleb Dennison has no communicating skills Absolutely terrible and I had to reach out to him 20 days in the closing process just to be told oh I'm sorry we need things from you Absolutely terrible experience
