Five Star Tax & Business Solutions

This is the second year that my husband and I have used Five Star Tax & Business Solutions for our income tax preparations and I am incredibly pleased with not only the thorough work that Marquita and her first-rate office staff have provided us, but the speed at which our returns were prepared and ready for pickup is exactly what I would expect from any reputable accountant. Our previous CPA took forever & had several errors with each of our tax filings per year, especially as his business began to grow. When we're talking money and the IRS, there are no room for unapologetic mistakes or errors, which not only cost us unnecessary money, but it also became quite the headache. This is not the case with Five Star Tax & Business Solutions. Immediately, after reaching out to Marquita Miller Joshua I felt both at ease AND understood. She is an absolute pleasure to work with & the atmosphere in her office is a fantastic mixture of empathy, endearment, and a whole lot of professionalism amongst the entire staff. Five stars, honestly doesn't feel like enough to give, but it fits the business name and the first rate service provided, so two thumbs up, word of mouth recommendations and five stars will have to do.

This was my first time working with Five Star and I was very impressed. They are thorough, responsive, and turned things around quickly. Marquita and Naomi are very friendly and communicative. It's an easy 5 stars for me.
