Everything was absolutely horrible. The chicken wings were just plain wings (no seasoning) fried and the fries were over seasoned. The service wasn't great. We waited a long time for the food to end up not being good. Also, the hostesses should pay attention to how they're seating guests. Somehow, some way all the black people were seated in the same area.

Today I dine-in alone and was greet, seated, and taken care by my Server MIA. She is heaven sent. Amazing energy, gave great recommendations, and gave top tier service. I will most definitely be coming back as along as Mia is working here. Servers/ service like hers is hard to find.

I come here very often. And I have only had a Smooth experience twice I always look for LayLay to take care of me and my kids. We always sit in the same spot. She is amazing with the kids, as well as correcting things when they are wrong(that tends to happen every time we are there). One issue I have is my order is never right, another issue is when ordering drinks only one bartender really knows what she is doing and is attentive to everyone and not just the people sitting at the bar her name is Makenzie. I dont see her there often sadly, but wish she was because if I am going to pay a ridiculous $9.75 for a mixed drink I want it to be right and not have to wait til Im about to leave to get it. Sadly I have had to send back more drinks n food then I have been able to sit and enjoy it while I am there. You should truly look to have LayLay to train all of your servers because she rocks customer service more then most servers possibly can. She keeps my kids nd I coming back every time. Kid-friendliness: I had an issue with one server making a comment when my kids and I went to another table saying god I dont want them in my section I immediately requested a New Server!!!, but I still wanted to sit in my spot.
