I went with another home warranty company and have been waiting for two months for a refund on my old policy. They said it would take one month to get the refund. Now I cannot get a hold of them by phone. They are not answering their phones. The phone numbers I am using are listed on their website. The phones immediately hang up. Where is my refund?

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I paid for a 36 month contract, up-front in 2021. Nearly $4,000 later, this company has found EVERY loophole in the contract to avoid reimbursing me for the breakdown of things that I've paid coverage for. To date, I have been reimbursed ~$200. Had to have the condenser in my HVAC replaced, which is the FIRST listed COVERED item in heating/cooling. They refused to reimburse me because the *cause* of the condenser needing replacement was is in the exclusion list. Paid for the additional plumbing coverage - bathroom faucet starts leaking and they find a reason not to cover it. Upon request of my contract, I was also sent two different peoples contracts with their personal information listed. Absolute waste of money and integrity, this company.
