Bob has done a phenomenal job for my family and I. I was a longtime customer of his predecessor in the area and like many of us that built a relationship with Mr. Roach over the years, wondered how smoothly the transition would go. Bob reached out to me personally within a couple days of taking over the Rolla location and invited me in for a one-on-one meeting where we talked for the better part of an hour. I have policies ranging from motorcycle and vehicle to home owner and rental property insurance through Shelter and couldnt be happier. Extremely responsive and always helpful. Bob and Nicki both do an excellent job!

My father passed away recently and he always carried insurance here. Humbled, I was left with 2 vehicles and the house and I carried on his tradition with keeping this insurance. I'm glad I did. Bob immediately stepped up to the plate and wrote up new policies that were affordable and had good coverage. Bob just made this whole transition easy with no worries on my part during this difficult time. His caring and understanding attitude and with a big smile brought comfort....I wish more people were like Bob.
