First mistake was my wife accepting the steel with the wrong angle cut in the first place was were we went wrong. So after spending 410 dollars on that Michelle said bring it back they would use what they could to correct the angle. I had 2 12ft pieces and 2 6ft pieces with wrong angles cut. They use the 2 12ft pieces to cut new 6ft pieces and i had to pay another 160 for new 12ft pieces. By law they should have given me back all the leftover since I have already paid for it and they did not refund my money. It took 2 pictures and me showing the fabricator on the piece how i wanted it cut before they clued in what needed to be done. Its a 2x3 tube for a trailer and i wanted 45 degree angles cut to put the steel together.

I took in 2 templates for a trailer hitch for my motorcycle. Very easy to explain what I was looking for and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. Very satisfied with the final results.
