I bought a 2020 Mazda3 AWD last year. I love my car. My car has had 2 major malfunctions and the USB port shorted out. My first malfunction the adaptive cruise control went out I took it to Bommarito South County they said they don't see any problems with the car, the warning light was not on at this time but I knew the sensor was not working properly. Finally the light came on I took it to Bommarito St. Peter's they replaced the sensor did great had no further issues with it. My next issue my USB port started losing connection. When I called Bommarito South County the young lady kept talking over me would not listen to my issue and proceeded to tell me this issue may not be covered under my BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. Every comment she made was negative. I told her she has the worst customer service skills of anyone I have ever talked to at Bommarito. She proceeded to tell me that I could take my car and my business to else where. Which I will never buy another vehicle from Bommarito again. I ended the call with her and called the certified master mechanic Kevin and he told me he would look into it, my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday May 11th 2022. On May 9th mothers day my car indicator light came on again keyless entry malfunction have vehicle serviced. So I called Kevin let him know this issue needed to be addressed as well. I took a picture and video of this malfunction warning. The day that I went to take my car to the lot the light went off. I took my car in Wednesday. I did not get it back until the following Monday. They replaced my USB. That's great. When I asked about my keyless entry malfunction I was told that the code was thrown due to water leaking into my rear Mazda emblem between metal panels so they put electrical tape on it so water won't leak into the plug again. Now I'm no rocket scientist but when water is left on metal the metal tends to rust. Needless to say, I now have my Mazda at a non-Mazda certified mechanic with a list of issues I feel need to be addressed the certified Mazda mechanics refuse to fix. Not only was I talked down to I was made to feel like an idiot. My mechanic who is not paid by Mazda is fixing my car now. Moral of the story. Don't buy a car from Bommarito EVER!! Always have an independent mechanic look at your car before your bumper to bumper warranty ends!! To the little brown haired customer service rep. Get a new job you suck at yours.
