Staff were friendly and professional. Processed my pickup and drop-off quickly. And were able to take me too and from the maintenance shop my vehicle was with no issue.

I needed to rent a car while my car was being repaired. I met Kelsey who went out of her way to get a car for me. She drove herself to get the car. We had a bad hail storm a few days before so many people were looking for cars to rent. I left feeling so glad I made a reservation a few days before. A couple of days after getting the car I noticed it kept putting messages on the screen. I took the car back to ask if I could get a different car. Brooklyn was at the desk and said they would exchange the car. She was so pleasant. I was amazed at how easy this process was. I also was so pleased that someone drove me back to pick up my car. Now that is service. I would recommend Enterprise to any of my friends.

The employees were amazing when I walked in. They were laughing and joking. I figured I just happened to catch them at a good moment. However, it was just like that when I dropped the car off two weeks later. Each employee was really great. I honestly think this might be the most cheerful place to walk into in the whole St Louis area.
