        They responded, but didnt fix the problem. Said it was temporary and gave suggestions on how we, the customer, can try to finish it. So now a bigger problem and it will cost another plumber. They can probably clear your drain, but couldnt finish this job. Im upset and rightfully so.

      We apologize for the miscommunication. We informed you the clog was because of a broken plastic cap in the sewer line and the only way we would be able to get it out would be to replace that section of pipe. We tried every way to pull this cap out after clearing the line but unfortunately we were not able to. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue!
