Amazing work! The paint match was perfect. The staff was so kind and caring. The business owner communicated directly with us in regards to parts and timing. They also handled everything with our insurance. The owner himself was in the shop working everytime we went by. His wife assisted us in the office and was so kind and polite. This family owned business is professional but still very welcoming to customers. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Had work done thru Volvo trucks,Volvo dropped the ball on fog lights he did his best on the front. They where very polite and they installed my bumper in a couple now the bad part after I left there and we tried it back to Alabama I noticed the light shaking so when I stopped I saw the bumper was loose I tried to contact them but there was no return call I tried to text him but no reply I contact involving the next day and told them that I was going to take it to a Volvo shop here Volvo (Matt Jones)said it wasn't their problem that backfidh did the work even though I contracted Volvo. So today when I came into my yard to take it to Capital Volvo here in Montgomery I noticed that the Chrome trimming falling off the bumper also I picked it up text a picture to the owner of back fish still no reply. I went to Capital Volvo in Montgomery Alabama they took care of it with no charge I can always count on them to do a good job I don't think I'll be going back to Volvo in sikeston Missouri for work in the future or backfidh who couldn't be bothered to return my calls

I used this company when I was rear ended I cant say enough about the excellent job they done repairing my van. I will definitely keep them in mind if I needed anything done in the future. Thank you Backfisch body shop for a job well done.
