Good sandwich, good service, friendly and fast

Management, please take note. Train your staff that they can enforce your "rules" and still provide good customer service. Visited this location from out of state. We love Jersey Mike's, but severely disappointed by the girl that demands everyone picking up their orders, READ THE SIGN! Not all locations operate in the same capacity. If you don't want customers finding their own orders, have an employee greet them properly and keep the bags on the rack. Another customer picking up their order walked out visibly upset, saying "sheesh" apparently over the same treatment. Maybe ask for the customer's name, even while approaching the counter, and then point out the sign for future reference. The sign didn't exactly "jump out," and anyway, customers are constantly inundated with signs everywhere. We're tired, we're on autopilot, and we order ahead expecting convenience. Entirety rude to stand there and chastise customers; requiring them to read the sign & wait for them to give their name before you'll say or do anything else. I assumed they were just confirming the name on the order, which I was prepared to do - wasn't expecting to be snapped at and also forced to read that sign. Won't be returning to this location again.

East Coast chain. Good subs. Oil and vinegar is awesome. They got my order wrong but it was still good. (gave me beef but I asked for chicken). People working seriously hard there and try to help out as much as possible. They were slammed with takeouts and to go orders when we got there which is probably why it took fifteen minutes and my order was wrong. Always add the crushed red pepper sauce (kind of like Jimmy John's sweet red peppers) and the brownies were also good for coming out of cellophane. Better than subway. Not as good as Hero's. Good casual spot tho.
