      image Excellent customer service. When I call SkyNet a real person always answers the phone. Try calling any other provider, either you will be put on a long hold time or some providers dont even have a customer service center. Ive had SkyNet for 6 months and I am very happy. Every time I check the upload & download speeds they have always been what I was promised. Its feels good knowing Im getting what I paid for.
