Alto Well & Pump, LLC

Came home late on a Friday night to no water. Called Clint Saturday morning, and he came out as quick as he could. He figured out we basically needed a whole new system. The well is a shared well with 2 homes on it. Most of our system was around 45 years old. He wasn't able to get the new pump until Monday since the store was closed. He and his employee Shannon worked really hard to get the new pump, pressure tank, pipe, wiring, and new water meter installed. We had water!!! After putting on the new well cap, they left. Upon getting to my house, I realized I had no water. I called Clint right away, who was on his way to his next job site. He said on his way back he'd come by again. Upon opening the well cap, he found one wire nut had come off. It was a quick fix. He started our well at 1:00 pm and spent 5-1/2 hours setting it up. After his next job he came back by at 10:50 pm to be sure we had water. He is dedicated to his business and his customers, knows well systems, and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him! Clint was amazing he came out and really explained every step of what he was doing. He didn't leave until way after dark and I had water.. gave me an amazing deal and was very professional and personable.. I would definitely recommend this company to the people of flathead vally.. definitely was a life saver..

MY WELL WAS IN A SUBTERRANEAN CISTERN. I WANTED TO HAVE IT ELEVATED ABOVE GROUND LEVEL TO PREVENT SURFACE WATER FROM SEAPING DOWN INTO THE WELL. I ALSO WANTED A HAND PUMP ADDED SO THAT I COULD EASILY GET WATER OUT OF MY WELL IF THERE WAS AN EXTENDED POWER OUTAGE. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CALL. SO, FIRST I CALLED THE TWO "BIG" LOCAL COMPANIES FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY BOTH CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE ADDITION OF A HAND PUMP, THEY BOTH ADVISED ME TO "GET A GENERATOR". IN THE WEEKS AND MONTHS FOLLOWING THEIR INITIAL ESTIMATES I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS TO BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES. THEN, LUCKILY I CALLED CLINT. HE CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY AND LOOKED AT WHAT I WANTED. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH WAS CHEAPER THAN THE "BIG GUYS" AND PROCEEDED TO PERFORM THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. CLINT IS A VERY HARD WORKER AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. HE DID WHAT I ASKED, AND QUICKLY. VERY APPRECIATIVE! THANK YOU CLINT! JAMES C.
