Crystal is a phenomenal massage therapist. I work in front of a computer for 8 hrs. a day and my lower back and neck are just a mess. With her help and expertise, as well as a combination of the massage and Bowen work my quality of life has improved drastically! She is the real deal.

I went to Crystal for a massage which was a gift from my wife. I was beyond impressed and happy with the massage. She found all the sore muscles and I left feeling very very relaxed! I highly recommend spending some time on yourself and book your appointment!!!!

I've been having sciatic pain in my hip due to disc problems in my back, but the Bowen therapy treatments Crystal performed have been very helpful. My hip has improved enough that I can walk my dogs with very little pain. Crystal is good at explaining her philosophy and therapies, and her office is immaculately clean. I recommend her.
