I can't thank Ben and the Sierra Group enough. I came across their business when I was searching for military-friendly realtors in the Omaha/Lincoln area on a veteran-owned businesses portal. I'm originally from Lincoln, but I'm currently on active duty and stationed in Washington DC. I'd been managing a house that my sister owned in Lincoln since the pandemic hit, and my sister and mom lost their jobs. I was able to rent it out for a time to another family member, but it quickly became too difficult for me to manage logistically. I contacted Ben, explained the situation, and his team at the Sierra Group coordinated everything that we needed, housing inspection, pest inspection, talking to the title company, and another viewing on closing day. Ben was professional, communicative, and offered us a fair price for the property. I do have a high preference for working with veterans and veteran-owned businesses, and Ben and the team at the Sierra Group are the perfect example of why. Organized. Professional. Straightforward. Reliable. Communicative. The list goes on... I can't thank them enough for helping my family and I unburden ourselves for what was soon to become a total financial disaster. 10/10, would recommend, and they are the only company I will be recommending to my friends and family still in the Lincoln/Omaha area.

Selling my Mother's house to the Sierra Group couldn't have been easier. Within days they came to the house, made a fair offer and a week later we were closing. We took a couple of weeks to take what we wanted and just left the rest. Kevin was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this group.

Ben and Kevin were wonderful to work with! I needed to sell my mom's house quickly so we could move her to assisted living as soon as possible. Her house was in very poor condition. My siblings and I would not have had the time or money to repair and update the house and then sell it in time to move our mom. Kevin met me at the house and was extremely professional with no judgement and empathetic with the situation. Ben sent two bid options, both were extremely fair. We closed within a week, received the funds immediately and were able to keep possession for a few weeks at no additional charge to get my mom moved and get out some of her belongings. My sister owned an older home that she could no longer maintain. I helped her in finding and working with Ben to sell her home. Listening to his video and again working with Ben every part of the process was explained clearly to us. He was upfront and honest and made my sister a very fair offer. The process was very quick and easy, my sister and I would like to thank Ben for his professionalism!!
