Five Nines is an incredible place to work and is a conglomerate of some of the most intelligent people in the information technology industry. They offer strong IT Services and focus on the success of their partners. I have family and friends across Nebraska and Iowa that are customers and they love Five Nines just as much as I do.

Our company began using Five Nines about 18 months ago. At that time our company was growing and the managed service provider we had used was struggling to grow with us. Five Nines was able to construct a network environment that not only met our current business needs but one that scaled seamlessly with our growth. We were assigned a dedicated account management team as well as dedicated technical resources led by a highly skilled network engineer. We meet with our Five Nines team quarterly to discuss our environment, any upcoming projects/needs, and review our IT budgets. Our team has taken the time to understand our business and are vested in helping us succeed. Other MSP’s will say they want to be an extension of your company; your IT department. Five Nines is the first company we have partnered with that have a business model to make that a reality. They are truly a valued partner to our company!
