        This is a serene and peaceful spot for picnics and barbecues, equipped with play facilities for children. Playground: This location recently added a playground designed for children aged 5 to 12. It's crafted with activities that require sufficient strength and coordination. Adult supervision is highly recommended. Restrooms: The restroom at this place is not exceptional but acceptable. Picnic area: This location features approximately four shaded areas with barbecue facilities.

        This is a well maintained campground with great amenities for making memories with family and friends. There are well maintained facilities, a new accessible playground, coin operated showers. One has to buy either a day permit or pay for a camp spot because the NE Parks permit does not cover their fees. The camp sites are close to the lake and have electricity. Most sites don't have water; we bought a long hose from Bomgaars to fill up the tank.
