Detective Michael Lyons was and has not been helpful from the start. It took roughly 45 days for him to return a phone call to me, he provided excuses and used words to egg on and become aggressive. He stated in a threatening and provoking voice... I want to hear you say it to my face. It was clear Detective Michael Lyons was provoking an argument or a fight....because we were on the phone and not face to face.
I heard excuses... he is not my only case he was on, he was in his days off vacation and more.
I have reached out to his Sargent, (Mark Menzie) with some help however he too was arrogant and was trying to play the buddy system sticking up for for Detective Michael Lyons.
I am hoping I get a better response. However he gave the similar threats and was just as much an arrogant destructive detective not wanting to really help. At work he was a bully and a threat. I would never trust my safety or concerns with these 2 people in charge of a case.
They are a poor excuse for Detectives and malicious at there job.
August 17, 200 I will give an update.
