I had to handle the arrangements from out of state, and while my aunt had taken care of most things prior to her passing, there were still issues that needed to be handled. Hannah and the staff were always very kind and professional, and they always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. I highly recommend the services at Neptune on Lake Meade/Las Vegas, NV.

I absolutely loved working with Lisa.! She made it all so easy. My kids wont have to feel as though theyre forgetting something. Its a conversation no families want to have or entertain the subject.. Although dying can bring up so many unresolved issues it also opens up the door for many end of life conversations. Lisa your expertise, professionalism and humor helped at every angle. Lisa was the representative who first contacted me by phone. She was very informative to the point I made an appointment to meet with her at the Neptune office. Lisa gave a great and thorough video presentation explaining all available options. No pressure. It was my decision, and I jumped at it because it was the solution to my concerns about what my children would have to do when I passed. Now, all decisions have been made and are in writing, in a beautiful container. The low cost of my program is being paid for on a monthly basis so its not a strain on my budget. Anyone who has not made plans for when they pass, owes it to themself to check with Neptune Society.
