Very impressed with the NAS team! We had an incredibly tight timeline and our other CM was way behind on several of our builds which lead to extremely frustrated customers. NAS was able to jump right in and saved several customers from leaving! Definitely happy with the level of service we received and will trust NAS with our builds moving forward. Highly recommend.

Not happy with the service I got from NAS. First was contacted by Michael, he seemed really interested and eager to work with me on my project. He sent an unsigned NDA which I signed and sent back and asked for a copy signed by them. Then Michael ghosted me all while the COO Ella is asking for my files. I got the run a round on getting a signed copy while they seemed very eager to get my files. They seem extremely fishy. REMEMBER FOLKS: a valid contract must be signed by both parties.

High quality, with an extremely responsive team! We have been doing business with NAS for years; primarily dealing in custom parts. Their lead times have been the best in most cases and the pricing is competitive. With the global impact issues of 2020 and 2021- NAS ensured we were notified well in advance of any long lead times on components that would've negatively impacted our product lines and put our business at risk. As a result from their research and communication, we were able to plan ahead and have had no sourcing issues; a rarity in our industry. We continue to meet all of our customers needs and the demand within our industry with the highest quality products. They are trustworthy and a joy to work with.
