The general manager was very courteous, humble & down to earth. She definitely won our hearts with the way she handled us. You earned a client for life just cause of her service with a smile. World needs more people like that. Business is built on trust and satisfaction and she understands it very well. That's what keeps you guys ahead of competitors. If there is a negative star I would. It was my first time doing business with this location. The eye doctor was really nice, the staff was nice when I chose my glasses etc. they said they will call/text/email when it arrives in 2 weeks. So its the 3rd week so I called. They said the glasses were ready 9days ago. I never got a call/text/email. The lady who answered me apologized and then said let me check if they gave you a call. She didnt even take my word. Then when came back and said so yeah there was no note that they contacted me. So yeah. If I didnt call would not even know my glasses were ready. Ive been struggling with my old glasses all this time for them not to let me know. Never going back to get my glasses here.
