Dean is an incredible negotiator, a man of very high integrity, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you have the chance to work with him, take it. He will go above and beyond to find you the perfect home at the perfect price, and if you use him to list your home he will negotiate a significantly higher price than what you could have negotiated on your own. Trust me. This guy has the magic touch. He is really really good at what he does. But also he's just a wonderful person, and like I said an absolute pleasure to work with. So if you are moving to, or from, or within the Las Vegas area, honestly don't even think about it just give Dean a call and tell him what your real estate needs are. He will go above and beyond to take care of you. I cannot recommend Dean highly enough.
