I owned the home for 19 years that Leo helped us sell. During this the past several years many Realtors have approached me to have them sell this home. Leo was the only one that really caught my attention and we started communicating at least 12-18 months before we engaged his services. During that time he kept me constantly updated as to the area and values of the housing in the neighborhood. When we finally decided to sell the home, Leo jumped in and greatly assisted in every aspect of preparation and great suggestions in presenting the home. Not only suggestions but had a reservoir of specialists that were able to repair and follow up with items that needed attention. I've been in the Real Estate business for 30 years in Utah and have never had such a great experience I had with Leo's attention to all the details it took to consummate this sale/purchase. The Best Of The Best! We re-listed our home with Leo at the start of 2024, after our home sat for 3 months with our previous agent. After moving to AZ we desperately needed to get it sold, and Leo made the process so smooth and got the job done.
