        The lady I worked with was not friendly and extremely unprofessional. I got nothing but attitude for the entire experience. Whoever manages this store, you need to be aware of the unprofessional behavior your employee exhibited. That is unacceptable.

        Customer service is everything! I purposely drive past a mail and more location to do all my business at this UPS Store location. Nick is phenomenal and so calm. I can't tell you how many times I have been in the store, listening to other customers complain about Amazon shipping labels or some other type of return scenario like it's UPS fault!!! it's frustrating as a customer listening to these complaints. I can only imagine what it takes to be on the opposite side of the fence. Nonetheless, Nick and Carrie have always been the most professional and helpful. I have visited the store that's closer to my house a couple times however their customer service is terrible so I will continue to go to this location just knowing I'm in good hands. Last year I got my passport for the very first time, and Nick help me with the entire process for my family and I. The best customer service period! .
