        The hospital is very good. The staff us awesome! My pets are very lucky to have Banfield Pet Hospital for all their health needs!

        My family has been going to Banfield for years. This experience was a disappointment. I scheduled a checkup to look into some irregularities in my dogs breathing (not life threatening, just slightly concerning) and i received a call and the assistant let me know they could help. I call today letting them know that i will be 5-10 mins late for the drop off and the assistant this time was extremely rude. She basically told me that they cant go through with the appointment and that I would need to seek emergency care. I voiced to her that this wasnt an emergency, hes still breathing fine, I just need them to look into some occasional irregularities. She once again said they couldnt help me. I canceled my plan right after that. Saying you cant give my baby a check up when youre a VET is crazy.

        I buy my cats needs here. Some of the staffs are not very helpful when asking them for certain cat food.
