Ralph was absolutely on top of things through our entire closing process! Being out of state wasn't a problem with Ralph. When we needed more pictures and measurements of the house, Ralph went back over right away. We had a hiccup with our lender, and he just pivoted to plan B and got everything we needed to extend our closing date. We were able to close within just the two week extension, and Ralph worked with the buyers to make everything go smoothly. He was an amazing agent and advocate!
