2 words rip off don't tell you about a Co-pay until after you have been seen instead of telling you before then wanna send you to a credit bureau later credit bureau don't go to them you will see you have been warned

I swear I wish I can give this dental office a big fat ZEROOOOOOO this is absolutely the worst dental office I have ever been to in my life!!!!! I had to pay for a fee for them to tell me EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM NEEDED TO BE DONE, I left with nothing done and money spent for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING this is the worst I still cant believe this happened to me!

Randy HONG was the absolute worst dentist all they way down to reception. They are money hungry. They charge for everything and dont do a thing LITERALLY NOTHING JUST SENDS YOU ON YOUR WAY PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE I see why they always emptyplease Im warning you

Made an appointment and drove over 25 miles to see this dentist, however, he does not see you. Apparently the rule is you have to take 18 X-rays if you are a new patient irrespective of what the dental issue may be. Cool way of milking your insurance ha! Thought the Dentist would have the courtesy to come speak to me and then decide what was required in order to get a teeth guard which is covered by my insurance. I requested to speak with the dentist however, was denied. Hence I walked out. Seriously you need 18 x rays without even knowing what the issue is. Beware..Beware..Beware
