        What a silly little company.  The staff are poorly informed about their products.  The mortgage rates are terrible and it's impossible to find anyone to talk too.

        I left 1 star but if it would let me I'd leave negative stars.  If you want a bank that causes headaches and hassles come here.  Where the loan officer half ass his job offering promises like a slick politician with no response. And then after dealing with a useless loan officer you are hit with another obstacle the servicing analyst. If you feel like you are stuck in a endless loop from a B rated movie then it means you are at united Federal bank. Dealing with them with personal loan and business loan separate occasions has left me wondering how they have any positive reviews.
