Could not recommend this spot more. Ive been a Bear Brook camper my whole life, and my family for more than 50 years. Staff is always kind and dedicated. We rented the shelter pavilion for my wedding last weekend!! The stone fireplace is beautiful and served as our ceremony backdrop, then turned into our sweetheart head table area. There is enough seating for 120 at the picnic tables - no need to rent chairs and tables!! My 70 guests sat comfortably around the edges and we left the middle for an aisle-turned-dance floor. We put the other tables on the lawn for board games. Also brought cornhole and ladder golf to add to the horseshoes already on the grounds. Theres so much green grass for the kids to run around. Lots of shade from the tall trees. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The front room area was a perfect built-in catering area (enough room for 2 buffet lines!). We filled the sink with ice and drinks. Also there were potted flowers hanging! What a gorgeous unexpected addition. We got so many compliments on this amazing spot!!!! We will definitely be coming back for family parties. Thank you BBSP!!
