        John was professional and listened to my concerns and needs for a new phone to make sure I got the right one for me and that I still had the same features in my plan that I like and need! He made sure I understood my options. He is a wiz at putting on protector glass and got me synced over to my new phone in no time. A few people came in and waited but he did not get rushed and did a phenomenal job multi-tasking and making everyone happy. He was personable, smart and great to do business with. Your store is lucky to have him! Im very please with your staff and store. Thank you!
