Rosie's knowledge of tattooing and permanent makeup is amazing! I had tattoo eyeliner done by an inexperienced tattoo artist and Rosie had her work cut out for her but she cleaned up the mess, defined the lines and did an unbelievable job. Rosie i cant thank you enough. I love you new place. so very clean,roomy, and comfortable. You touched up one on my shoulder that someone else did, then the rose on my ear and the heart with a cross. Any one reading the reviews she is highly recommended. Rosie also did eye liner tattoo and micro blading eye brows. theres nothing this women cant do. You have such a gift of art. Today once again you made me so so very happy with a dragonfly and saying Never Give Up. I recommend you 110% to any one and the best thing they dont hurt.
