Hi Ryan! Thank you for your candid feedback. Goodness, there's a lot to unpack here! But that's okay. We want to hear it all—the good, the bad, even the not altogether accurate. Let's do this: We'll share all of this with the appropriate staff. We know we can't make everyone happy, but we like to try. So rest assured they'll take your comments seriously and will diligently follow up.In the meantime, we hear you on the mask issue. Going back and forth has been tough for us, too. Shoppers wear them for a few minutes, while our employees have to wear them for hours. Please know our mask policies haven't been driven by whim. Instead, we've faithfully followed all recommendations from the CDC and the Vermont Department of Health. We look forward to the day our mask-adorned mugs are a thing of the past and we no longer have to wear them (or write about them!). In the meantime, we ask everyone to bear with us, as every decision we make has the sole goal of protecting the health of our awesome employees and the wonderful communities we serve.Hope this helps somewhat, Ryan!
