The Wentworth

We had our wedding here and cant say enough about the incredible staff here. The event coordinator Cita is the best in the business. She brought a personal feel and an incredible attention to detail to our wedding. The rooms are classic and beautifully maintained. Getting married in the White Mountains at the base of Jackson Falls is one thing. But the cherry on top was the genuine hospitality we received from the staff who made us and our guests feel like VIPs the entire weekend. Thank you!

Rooms are nice and are being updated. Property has lots of spaces to settle and relax. Service was good. Room service policy should be communicated up front. Food is good - daily breakfast is recommended, dinner is good to try once, but there's a lot of options to explore in the immediate (under 5m) and surrounding (under 15m) areas. They've made many updates to make this an easy choice for repeat visitors.

I just had to share my incredible customer service experience with the Wentworth Hotel, even before my stay! I'm already thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and the outstanding assistance I received from Susan. Let me set the scene for you. I recently made a blunder while booking my room, and the thought of losing my reservation had me stressed out. Determined to resolve the issue, I reached out to the hotel and had the pleasure of speaking with Susan at the front desk. From the moment she answered the call, Susan's professionalism and courteous demeanor were evident. She patiently listened to my concerns and instantly put me at ease with her reassuring tone. Her genuine willingness to help was truly refreshing. Without any delay, Susan took charge and swiftly rectified my booking mistake. Her efficiency and competence were truly remarkable, leaving me impressed beyond words. It's not often you come across someone who can handle a situation with such grace and expertise. While I haven't yet experienced my stay at the Wentworth Hotel, my interaction with Susan has instilled complete confidence in their level of service. If the rest of the hotel staff possesses even half of Susan's exceptional qualities, I have no doubt that my time there will be nothing short of remarkable. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Susan for going above and beyond to assist me. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Absolutely incredible stay at the Wentworth. Theres really too many good things to say, so Ill make a short list: The exceptional staff & service The classy and well maintained decor The clean and quaint room The attention to detail in every respect The bar and their vast bourbon selection The absolutely delicious breakfast But the highlight for me was The PANTRY! Oh my goodness the pantry. Everything about the pantry is amazing. Fresh baked goods & homemade granola in the morning, a fridge stocked with juices, yogurt, soda & more, a freezer stocked with homemade ice cream in the evening, fresh baked cookies in the evening, snacks & fresh fruit.on each floor.complementary.are you kidding. I miss that pantry. I need that pantry back. Well be back. Its guaranteed. 11/10
