My experience with Elite Mortgage was amazing. I am in a business that requires us to have excellent customer service so I am always looking for the same with companies I do business with. The first thing I noticed was how hands on the owner was. I am not exaggerating when I say I had 1000 questions, some of them on weekends who am I kidding a lot on the weekends. Patrick always took time to talk me through what was needed and explained each step with me. He asked me at the beginning of the process what times of the day was best for me knowing how busy I am in my business. Patrick always called or emailed me during those windows. Weeks before we closed he had all he needed and we coasted through the closing. Not to mention he got me the best rate around. Lower than I was quoted elsewhere by larger companies. I have heard horror stories about mortgage companies not being hands on causing delays. I have also had bad experiences in the past with my first 2 homes. I would love to hire him to work for me but if he is giving others the same experience he gave me his company will be extremely successful and I doubt I would be able to pay him enough.

Fast and easy to apply for HELOC. Didnt even had to take time off work. Pat was on top of phone calls, messages and emails!

Elite Mortgage, Inc. helped us right up until the end of our home buying process and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
