Melanie is very knowledgeable and flexible as you work through the real estate process. I truly appreciated her honesty in an uncommon market as she helped me navigate making offers that were competitive but realistic. Given the current hurdles buyers can face when making offers, she also offered creative ways to negotiate more competitively without raising my offer to something I wasnt completely comfortable with. She really put in the effort to make sure I was happy in the end.

We can recommend Melanie Zaharias with complete confidence. We first met her when she represented the seller of a condo we purchased. Melanie was a strong advocate for her client and wasn't afraid to be politely pushy when she needed to keep the process moving. When we later put that same condo up for sale, there was no question about who we wanted to represent us. Melanie proved herself as a great choice. She knows the local market and was comfortable setting the price high. We received multiple offers in a matter of days. We quickly learned that dollar amount is not the only thing to consider and Melanie was great about explaining the pros and cons of the financing components of each offer. If we were to give Melanie a grade, we'd give her an "A".

Melanie helped us buy our house in Milford. She helped us navigate a difficult time with price/interest fluctuations, negotiating before and after inspection, and was good about always being available to help use see a home that had come on the market less than 24 hrs prior.
