Filed with him a couple years ago. Thought everything went well during our appointment. DOR contacted me recently this year about the issue he created and when I called to speak to him about it, his response was very rude and tried blaming me for the info I gave him. The issue was he mistyped my personal info. I was luckily able to resolve the issue with DOR but my experience with his service was terrible.

Andrew was fantastic to work with! He fit me in on a Friday night, same day as I called because I was heading out of town. He was very professional, yet personable and I trust he got me the best possible tax return. He also was very transparent while we worked together on my finances, I could see everything he was doing throughout the process and he explained every step along the way. I'm very pleased to have found out about Andrew and plan on using him in the future for both my taxes and other financial advise.
