Green Granite Inn, Ascend Hotel Collection

Checked in at the office came to our room. Only lights working are the big lamp the bathroom lights, and the closet lights. Might as well be here with no power. Under the beds look like they were never cleaned. Around the fridge is all dried up food. Don't waste your money. It's not worth what they charge.

We always have a wonderful experience here. The staff was very accommodating to us during the recent snowstorm. The front desk workers are wonderful. Thanks again for another great stay.

6 stays over the winter and not a great experience overall. Terrible wifi; it's actually just a hotspot. The TV is internet based and it also does not work well. We couldn't get a show to run for more than a minute or two without skipping/freezing. Rooms are mediocre at best with no microwaves, and the mini refrigerator functions more like a cooler. The pool area is a bit dirty, especially unappealing is visible mold on the ceiling. Breakfast quality was ok, the woman service was very nice. A few times I had asked for a manager to contact me and no one ever did. Nearby activities: skiing, shopping, dining

Good place for the price, a little dated but definitely worth the price to stay. Customer service was to notch.
