With every prescription it's a new hassle. Today I tried to check in to my scheduled doctor's appointment and discovered that my sign-in is no longer valid. I tried calling my doctor and couldn't reach her: Dialing her extension no longer works. It's not even an option. At this point I'm considering contacting my congressional representative to lodge a formal complaint. This level of irresponsibility is dangerous.
