You know what Peter (with no last name). We don't mind constructive criticism but we won't stand still for malicious and blatant lies. This review is DISGUSTING for a couple of reasons. 1. It's NOT TRUE!! 2. You are accusing us of being something we aren't. We don't donate to Police Depts. We donate to local food pantries and hungry children. We donate to Church's, schools and numerous other local organizations that give back to our community. In addition we are a very diverse family and business. In politics, religion, sexual orientation and race. And you know what?? We all still love one another. Our differences don't divide us. You know those "ornamental" cameras you mentioned? You are the reason we have them. For example, they showed us your entire visit with time stamps on each screen shot I have of you. So, I'm going to share the REAL timeline of your visit here. I would appreciate you removing this bed of lies because what you have done is the true definition of LIBEL and I have proof of it. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Not one of our staff members judged you. So, lets talk about what REALLY transpired. You walked in the door at 10:17:19. You were seated at 10:17:55 (26 seconds not 10 minutes as you stated) You took your jacket off at 10:19:11. You were given a coffee at 10:23:22 (4 minutes after you took your jacket off not 15 minutes as you stated) Your order was sent into the kitchen at 10:23:48 (26 seconds after you were given your coffee not 5 minutes as you stated) The only part of your review that is accurate is you waited 20 minutes for fresh food that is made to order in a fully packed restaurant. Your food was delivered at 10:44:34. You ate every bit and you received refills of that "mediocre at best" coffee that you continued to sip even when standing to wait for the bathroom. In addition, our server went out of her way to catch you before you left to let you know you had left your hat behind. The hostess made sure to hand in to you after you snapped a picture of the wall of patches that people send us from all around the country. You were treated with nothing but dignity and respect and you were served in a timely manner. As an FYI-we use nothing but real butter on our toast. I'm sorry the flags triggered you. My advise to you is instead of judging others maybe you should try to do better and be better yourself. You may feel better if you do. I give YOU ZERO stars!
