Bought a yard of stone..they let me take a 1/2 yard at a time, to save money.. There awesome & very friendly..i highly recommend them..

I recently went to purchase some stone from this place on Tenney Mountain Highway. As I was waiting to get loaded by the young lady who was polite and attentive, I was approached by another customer of theirs. They started to ask me how to install steps, as they were about to buy some from 3 Lakes Landscape supply. I explained how to properly do the job and gave a few extra tips as well as my business card in case they needed a hand or some more info. As I was about to leave, I get approached by a guy. This guy smelling of booze (10am), tells me he is the owner of the place and asks me why I was soliciting on his property. I said I'd been approached by the other customer and didn't realize that wasn't allowed. I asked him why, as i'd never had a problem or heard of such a thing in a landscape supply store before. He became slightly belligerent and told me to never do it again or don't come back. I will not be returning ever.
